International Field Consultants, Ltd. was founded in 1997 by William Green, a former U.S. Customs official. Mr. Green served 33 years with U.S. Customs with assignments in New York, California, the Mexican and Canadian borders and U.S. Customs Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He started his career as a Special Agent and was promoted through the ranks as District and Regional Director, Office Director of Investigations and Internal Audit to Assistant Commissioner. He also served as Acting Commissioner of Customs at various times while in Customs Headquarters.

IFC staff includes former Customs Import Specialists, Auditors, Special Agents, Inspectors, Attorneys and Research and Development personnel. We also have former government officials from other government agencies such as *INS, IRS, FDA, ATF, FBI, DEA, FAA, DOT, DOD and DHS. We also have former government officials from other countries as our associates.
