Mal Pearson had an existing website and hosted several contests through out the year.  As with most start ups, they used some exiting free tools and they did rather well.  However, they found the need to  have more advanced membership tools and a better way to have their members enter the contests.  I created an entire plugin for their wordpress site.  This plugin allows for members to sign up, and enter contests.  On the admin side, they can create contests, and enter prizes for each contest.  Now they can have full control over their membership site.

This project is unlike any I have taken on before!  They are selling a service to allow text messages be submitted and are relevant to your location such as food or entertainment.  There is a whole lot I am learning about this company and their product, but we are moving ahead with the development of the site.  Please come back to see whats new and changed.

Rock Star Productions Now

This theme was built for WordPress. There is also custom plugin to allow them to add their customers testimonials. The music player was created by using Flash and AS3.

The overal theme was developed by Andrew Johnson and I converted their ideas into a theme.

I am a vegan, and my wife is an aspiring vegetarian. Because my wife is an accountant and loves to work with numbers, her eating also is full of numbers. She measures and weighs everything she eats down to the gram. I built a food diary for her to manage everything she eats. My youngest brother Aaron Albin is attending graduate school and he wanted his own website to post stuff. I gladly assisted. His is extremely talented in Japanese, Spanish and English. His teaching skills are unbelievable. Hopefully he remembers me when he is rich and famous. This website has a complete Content Management System (CMS) so he can control the website and all the content!

Donis Inc

Donis provides the printed materials for banks and credit unions. For this project they needed an entire inventory control program. This complex site also allows for their customers to place orders from a web interface. This system will soon integrate into their accounting software.

Scrap Central

August 2008, I was approached by the owners of Scrap Central to write a custom inventory management software package. This was due to a new law that required further accountability for the scrap companies. Not only does this track the material they purchase from customers, but it also assists them when they sell it. We integrated a touch screen and an employee login/logout system as well.
