I am interested in purchasing an electric car (electric vehicle).

 

If I can not find an existing all electric car I am interested in building building one. I am hoping there will be someone that is willing to help. If you have experience, and want to contribute, pleast contact me. Maybe we can barter? PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, FLASH are programming skills that I have. If you desire a program or website we can trade!
